Reporting bugs
We make every effort to deliver high quality software. However, because of the sheer complexity of Nooleus and the number of platforms and configurations that we have to support, we can't guarantee that our software will run properly on your hardware, or that Nooleus is completely bug free. Please report any bugs that you find to the address below. Please include:

• A detailed description of the problem
• Your operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Windows Vista, etc.)
• The version of Nooleus
• If it is a graphics problem, the graphics card info from the ‘About’ dialog.
• A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem
• A screen capture (where appropriate)

The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can't reproduce your problem, then we probably won't be able to fix it.
